To help transit to lead-free manufacturing, we will provide guides on lead-free solder, which may be valuable to you on your productions.

Please choose Sn/Ag/Cu, Sn/Cu¡¢Sn/Ag serial alloy because they are best eutectic alloy among all
  lead-free solders. With a good property of lead-tolerance, it is more applicable to the gradual
  lead-free process of the complete material.
Check the temperature-control stability of the lead-free equipment to guarantee the smallest
  difference in temperature at welding process.
Design the nitrogen welding environment by the operation of opening on the moulding board to
  acquire the smallest difference in temperature.
Pay attention to the reliability check after welding operations, including electric performance
  and check to the stress, thermal fatigue, creep and damages by mechanical vibrations.
Make sure that the alloy and thermal endurance property of the Thread binding material matches
